it all depends on what you want tone lean muscles would be light weight high reps but gain muscle you need to up your weight and do less reps like my squat i go 255 fist set 8 reps 295 second 6 reps and 335 last with 6 you get great results that way
is it better to do like alot of reps and few sets or alot of sets and few reps?
also produces acne and cramps….my friends at school do it and they are already big and they get cramps….i am smaller and don’t do it cuz i find natural you aren’t cheatin yourself, and I already have a bit of acne so i don’t want to worsen it
Just build more muscle instead of gaining fat, if looking buff is what you want.
Creatine is also a good choice . it makes you wanna work out and helps develop your muscles faster. But be warned if you dont drink alor of water then you could mess up your organs. (Specially liver.)
by drinking as many grams as you weigh, i weigh about 105 and am about 5′1” how would i weigh the amount of grams i should drink?
i worked out after my workout did this and came home and get the 7 min ab workout….works….i’ve been sore for 3 days now…
drink as many grams of how much you weigh. that should help alot. but not all at once. the average body can only take in like 30 grams at a time
i drink atleast one whey protein shake a day sometimes one when i eat breakfast and always one after workout
take protien. i am the same way and i take protien and i have not lost my abs at all
