Hi, you didn’t mention whether you exercise or not, but perhaps you have become more sedentary recently which can lead you to gain weight even though you are eating the same amount of food. If you are already exercising, try to take a good look at your diet and see whether it’s your choices or it’s quantity consumed and make adjustments. By the way, I don’t recommend diet pills. They often have unwanted side effects, so please be careful.

Hi, I do have videos posted that work out your thighs which also work out your hip area. Please take a look at them when you have time. Also, be sure to incorporate cardio exercise into your routine to burn the excess calories and fat to slim down that area. Hope that helps :o )

Hi, weak abs definitely affect your posture. Having weak abs can also cause back pain and problems lifting things. Much of our strength comes from our core which is the abdominal area of our bodies. Building strong abs is one of the best things you can do for your body.

Hi, I doing great thank you! When you exercise is simply finding a time of the day that works for your schedule. There is no better time. I would say the least desirable time would be late into the evening because you don’t get as long of a follow through time when your metabolism remains high because you have to go to sleep. Also, exercising too close to bedtime is disruptive to sleep. You can mix it up too – some days before breakfast others before dinner, etc.
