no you need to be active more for that to happen. simply put you need to burn more calories than you eat to tap into your fat reserves. look up good cardio and conditioning workouts. you can also try curcuit training and interval training as well.
alot of fruit = alot of sugar which will give you an insulin spike which will slow fat burning. i think low-moderate fruit is good enough for most people.
your body burns fat all over not just from 1 spot. for males the stomoch is the last place it taps into. your most likely to have a pouch there anyways. core exercises dont burn fat from your stomoch just like pushups dont burn fat from your chest. you need cardio for that.

well you can do both run and do ab work outs i try to to do it all lift weights run 3 miles and now i do ab workouts ilost 30 pounds in a month n i look preety buff too i weigh 160

someone needs to make good abb workouts for people who have shit for flexibilty. im a tri-athlete d im in good shape and have a good core but my legs r not very flexible cuz they get tight from exersising and its hard to loosing them so make something that doesnt require you to straighten ur legs fully nd hold em
They only place that running makes you lose weight in are your ass and legs. You HAVE to do some kind of core exercise to tone the abs, period, otherwise you’ll have a pouch there.

I am skinny and was wondering how i can get a 6 pack? Does Food diet matter? If so, please help since i don’t know how to read the nutrition facts and i don’t know how much i need of something or less… So i just eat pretty much anything……..by the way i am 14 years old and i also want to know what kinds of food i should eat?
