Great advice momo, just wish you posted it a few weeks ago ha-ha. I’ve been hitting the gym like crazy. I’ve been going about 3 hours a day after school. Starting this summer I plan on starting to run a mile every morning.. Know how ya feel about going overboard with your psycal workout. I’ve lost 8lbs in the past 3 weeks, I’ve gained atleast 5lbs back in muscle..

Thanks for the tips! I’m also trying to lose weight but I probably need to have more consistent meal times. I’m bad about that. I’m staying away from bread though and eating rice and potatoes in smaller portions instead.
this actually works, i remember around 8 month ago i would always flex my stomach, alll day long
it became such a habit that i even did it at night
i stayed slim
then one day i decided to let it all hang loose, i got used to not doing it and now i got some belly fat
i havent changed my diet or anything, still eat the same,
gonna have to go back to doing this

Hah, hope we don’t have to wait until beach season to get that sit up routine. It’d be a little unfair to wait until AFTER the weather gets good!
also get like at least 64oz -100oz of water daily, that helps so much because everything momo is saying is detoxifying your body so the water flushes everything and helps flush fat especially. LOL and yes I’m fat lol but I’ve got a lot of experience losing large amounts of weight.
