Traditional diets were made for people who worked the land. Such as 12 hours a day kind of work. Here in middle age England, village people used to eat 5000 calories a day while they worked the land.
Takewondo classes. Yoga classes, Pilate classes. Your belly will go away.

i wanted to get rid of my “muffin top” lol but didn’t realise i was putting on weight in other areas too, so i’ll defo try to do some more cardio training instead of just crunches now
