yea 14 lol thats pretty close to 10 lol and it depends how your measureing it, i mean you want seriouse six pack abs below 10 is pretty much the goal for any lifter, and im talkin bodybuilder abs were deffinition is the goal

This is the most ridiculous nonsense I ever heard of DIET is the most important aspect of maintaing a six pack every one had a six pack its just under layers of fat. Build lean muscle eat clean and bust your ass in the gym then youll get a six pack its people like this that confuse the younger people 100 crunches wont do anything for a six pack your abdominals are a muscle so it should be treated like a muscle with proper repititions and rest you dont go to the gym and 100 reps on the bench
