even i do excercises every day it only makes my muscles stronger but doesnt help to burn fat so i dont believe it works without diet and cardio
many ppl think they would get skinny due to this workout, but it’s not true. u need to lose fat (burn calories) so run run run run
rope skipping is really good! 10min rope skipping = 30min running
but this workout is really good for ur abs ^^ so keep doing it!
