Hi, there is a difference between your waist being sore because you are now using muscles that you have not used, and pain from injury. If you are just sore, that’s to be expected sometimes with new exercises, however, if you experience pain and think this exercise is not suitable for your body, then by all means discontinue doing it. Perhaps you did too many. Try just doing ten of them on each side if you are very sore and remember: not every day.

thnk u so much… one more thing ma’am umm… ive done this once, and my waists hurts… is this the effect of this exercise? and wat does this mean?…

  • YouTips4U

Hi, I’m so glad you liked my video. You don’t need to do this for a period of hours, just do 20 on each side of your body if you can. Start out with however many you can successful complete with correct form taking precedence. Do them every other day, every day is not necessary. You will see and feel results immediately and may even be sore. I would suggest you make them a regular part of your exercise routine. In order to reduce your waist, you must also do cardio to burn calories..

    thnk u…
