		<description>That&#039;s probably not enough. 1) Decrease the amount you eat at each meal by 1/3. 2) No sweetened drinks, colas, juices, teas, etc. 3) Snack on fruit 4) No fast foods,  5) Don&#039;t eat cakes, cookies, candies, eetc that often. 6) Walk or jog 20-30 mintues each day. 7) BE patient and consistent!</description>

The purpose is to do 2-3 10 minute sessions a day. They are short sessions so it is easier for people to squeeze them in.

Nothing wrong with 30 mins a day to get in shape.</description>
