I thought I had watched them ALL LOL but I must have missed 1. I intentionally skipp the nutrition bar reviews because I don’t choose to eat packaged/manufactured foods but watching her reviews makes me want to! I even bought the recommended Clif bars after watching the reviews although I have an aversion to the ingredients based on what I consider to be “healthy.”
All that to say, if it’s on a video labeled “Nutrition Bar review” I won’t ever find it.
It’s one on her sushicatny account. I really can’t remember exactly which video it was though because she has so many, sorry.

@imlivingandlearning That’s not what she meant because she was recently over 30 percent body fat, which is technically considered obese. She discussed it in a previous video.

Because you share your percentage of fat lost NUMBERS beginning in 2010 alongside the STATEMENT that you have “left the obese category and entered the normal” is confusing & seems to indicate that u mean u left the obese THIS year for the normal with JUST the 3.6% fat loss since 1/10 . That’s not what u mean is it?

3.6% is an amazing number, especially from body fat. I think you lost the obese number a while back, remember that its all an arbitrary number!
