Comment, Rate, & Subscribe! This is my personal workout for my abs. I do this workout every OTHER day and usually spend roughly 20 minutes on it. This may not be for everyone, but it is what has worked best for me. It targets the muscles very well, and still I am adding different exercises to my routine . If you’re just beginning I wouldn’t reccomend doing the amount I do. More videos will be on the way! =)

If you’re just starting I’d do about 15-20 reps of each and maybe bring it up 5 every few weeks as you’re comfortable. Good luck
I’m only starting your workout, and never really have done a proper workout routine before. I’m 15 years old, and I’m in good physical condition, not overweight or anything. What fraction of the amount of reps/time spent on each exercise would you recommend I do?

best video on abs ive ever seen. i like how you took your veiwers step by step. and i like how u emphazied that form is better than just doing a workout fast. its not like its a race to workout and its not like if u go threw it as fast as u can that itll work just as good doing it slow with good form..lol well thanks alot its really working
