sure, no problem… weights add more resistance and exercising with them is harder, but you can start without them and eventually add weights or more repetitions.
do you have to add ankle weights i have to have ankle weghts because i had 2 pounders but i lost them ,so until i can find them can i do this excersise without them?

Some people prefer working out in the morning, some evenings… I can only suggest that it is better to exercise at least few hours before bed time because maybe you’ll have problems falling asleep; it is also important not to eat right before/after working out -have a light meal at least 1 hour before) , but basically you have to find out on your own what suits your body best.
