Actually, I’ve started to do it at home 4 months ago. Started to buy weight and gradually rising it.
I don’t have much imagination in exercises because I’m “scare” to do a bad position. Llike, I have to have streght back and all that. It’s small but really, you strenghted ideas to motivate me to go on.
