how many repetitions? and sets? please help
this is a great ab workout i like all the diffrent exercises alot off people overlook or under train abs i’m very impressed with this workout great job
another question…shud i do this exercise before my cardio or after my cardio? i eat nothing special though and i dont take whey protein either..i only have milk malted with a energy powerup..and i take that twice daily
hey i started this like abotu a week back…and i cant seem to do all at once…can sumone please tell me how to break this exercise into separate phases? also i have a problem doing the twist ups(2nd set) as my legs sway to one side when im trying to do the twist up….

@onmywaytoabs416 Its not about following him doing the same sets… you need to do reps like 3 of 10 or more and if you aren’t feeling it you ARE NOT doing it right rugby would have nothing to do with it. If you are 15 pounds over weight cut out some fatty foods from your diet like pizza n shit do not go under the amount of carbs you need daily though

well im a rugby player and i can say i just started doin these today and one time wasn’t enough for me, i did it twice bofore i felt it. but im 15 lbs over weight so i need to eat better

if your starting then maybe 2 a week then step it up to every other day, i promise you it’ll get easier!!!!!!!!
