    Fylli987 – For this exercise you have to use abdominal control. So get into position, tighten your abs then let you kness go a little soft so you feel the weight on your stomach at this point lock your stomach in tight! Ensure your sholders aren’t rounding off and you are remaining as rigid as possible.
    Try extending your body fully and ensure you’re not hunching over or moving your hips around.

    and while i am training this exercise my back hurts more then my “under ab muscles”
