    I’m liking this Dr. Tim dude. He makes working out seem a lot less horrible by putting some humor into it. Sometimes that’s what people need. I hope this also works, from the feedback I’d say people find it working.

    im have never had any sort of packs definition on my stomach but after 3 weeks of doing this routine i started seeing a difference after a month i had 2 packs a month and a half i have a complete four pack. thanks for this helpful tip

    in how much time u have been bale to loose weight and what is the consistency level…..some details can motivate me, otherwise it all sounds like a gimmick..though I knnow trying can be best way out but I am counting on your expereince…

    This routine puts alot of pressure on neck and shoulders. Don’t do it, you will seriously pull muscles or worse.

    okay, practically as soon as I start this, my neck aches like mad. whats going on? I really want to fully try this, but my neck hurts so much that I have to stop after a few seconds. HELP!
