I’m liking this Dr. Tim dude. He makes working out seem a lot less horrible by putting some humor into it. Sometimes that’s what people need. I hope this also works, from the feedback I’d say people find it working.
im have never had any sort of packs definition on my stomach but after 3 weeks of doing this routine i started seeing a difference after a month i had 2 packs a month and a half i have a complete four pack. thanks for this helpful tip

This routine puts alot of pressure on neck and shoulders. Don’t do it, you will seriously pull muscles or worse.

okay, practically as soon as I start this, my neck aches like mad. whats going on? I really want to fully try this, but my neck hurts so much that I have to stop after a few seconds. HELP!

I tried this today, and for some reason now I have a pounding headache.
I did this for like 2hrs and the next day I felt slightly lighter and looked lighter and lost a pound. XD
